We craft our products freshly and they will transit from fresh to dry seamlessly during your display period.

As each item is handcrafted by our florists, the design is unique on its own. We may use preserved materials that have natural imperfections. Kindly treat them with love and care as they are brittle, and may shed and break easily.

We highly recommend displaying them in a place with good air flow. Be sure to keep them away from rain, wind or humidity to lower the chances of moulds and discolouration.
Images on the website serve as an illustrative of the colour theme and style of the bouquets and floral arrangements. To provide you with the best quality and variety, we will incorporate seasonal filler floral and foliage within the bouquets and arrangements.

Hence, each bouquet or floral arrangement is unique. This, however, will not compromise the overall look and feel, and quality of the bouquet or floral arrangement.

Should any of the flowers be unavailable, Fellow Folks reserves the right to substitute with a suitable material (of the same or higher value) at our discretion, without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated, standard islandwide delivery rate is at $20 per item.

Deliveries to Changi, Tuas and Sentosa will incur an additional surcharge of $15. We do not deliver to Jurong Island and PSA Ports.

Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday, between 11am and 7pm, with the last available time slot for delivery at 6.30pm.

During peak periods (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas Day, etc), additional charges will apply.

In the event that the receiver or his/her representative is unable to receive the items/flowers, it will be left at the reception or their respective doorstep. Fellow Folks shall not be held responsible for the goods thereafter.
Our products, bouquets and floral arrangements are made-to-order, hence we will not be able to offer you a full refund should you change your mind.

However, if you would like to postpone the date of collection or delivery of the bouquets or floral arrangements, please email us (hey@fellowfolks.com) at least 3 full working days before the original delivery date.
